Help Me Puh-lease!

OK, so I have this book (Mind, Body, Spirit Wellness: Modeling A Healthy Family) finished all but two halves of a chapter, Yippee! BUT I'm short some Frequently Asked Questions on each chapter. The book (which has already been picked up by my first choice publisher, YIPPEE!) covers ages 0-6... so, here's my challenge.

I need everyone to post questions... You know "what veggies are a good first food, how long should I breastfeed, does my six year old need a multivitamin", sort of stuff. I"m going to draw for the post-contest next wk and I've decided on peanut butter of chocolate fudge as the yummy prize. SO I"m going to draw from this post randomly as well and split the booty (I make HUGE batches:-).

So, post a question and put your name in the fudge hopper...mmm.... fudge! Happy questioning and THANK YOU!!!

My two year old hardly eats, and we she does it is more like grazing. What can I do to ensure proper nutrition? Thanks!

Not too bad, to pull it right out of my A#*

A bit late on the entry I suppose, but here's a question!

What are some good ways to 'hide' healthy food in food that kids like? We've tried mixing grated carrots, ground flax seed, and protein powder in pancakes, and that has worked really well. But, we're running low on ideas, and have gone through a lot of pancakes. :-)
